Martin Treasure’s expertise
in real estate agency dates back to the UK in 1990 when we opened in Hertfordshire, UK, a business which ran for 25 years through two recessions. Martin’s family have been buying, selling and maintaining property in Southern Spain since our first visits in the1980’s. So, it was an exciting but not unexpected event to launch our own Spanish real estate business.
After a frustrating spell under a third party agency franchise, we rebranded as ‘ourselves’ in the Autumn of 2020. We now offer estate agency services for UK, European and Russian buyers seeking mainly new, but also ‘resale’ property, operating from Marbella to Estepona in the central Costa del Sol. Unlike other businesses, we still recognise the importance of a physical office for buyers and sellers to visit and discuss their requirements in person – we’re on the boulevard, in San Pedro de Alcantara . close to Puerto Banus and Marbella itself.
We also offer a Private Buyer Client Service and ongoing Management and Property Maintenance services for clients via our sister business directmanagement.es.

At the same time, he renovated property for clients and has carried this on after moving to Spain, having first visited San Pedro de Alcantara in 1980. A member of the Association of international Property Professionals, he is committed to ensuring that both sales and management business are working to the highest standards.
The linguist of the team, Kat was originally an Interpreter by profession and so adds much to the depth of our skill sets. Combining some of the experiences from her previous sales role with a high profile Marbella real estate agency, she brings to our team a passion and humour and a willingness to see the job through – a thoroughness and attention to detail that is vital in property sales. Her never ending upbeat and optimistic outlook has been invaluable in the trying times of 2020!
